Notes from DFI Session 1

Day 1  Thursday  7th June 2020
First and foremost we do Karakia Kia inoi tatou



The day started with 1. Core Business which arrived in my email before the actual day.
From the outline of the Core Business we were able to be introduced to the whole group and then we broke off into subgroups. I am in Nicola's group and we used the google slides we created to introduce our names, school's and content. Here is mine:

FINAL Task was to CREATE and SHARE a poster, newsletter,  using the tools of Google Docs
1. PLAN :  Newsletter  -  Poster  - Leaflet  
2. Design:  A5  Page Colour  Background  Landscape
3. Add Content: OPUS inside a table to anchor everything that needs to go onto my canvas
4. Remove Table: Add images - into background
This proved to be very difficult as I was unfamiliar with using tabs. I reverted to applying Google slides to my Create and that is what I Shared for my first Blog.
